Legal Tags Demos
Ah, legal tags. Those fast-paced, “Did she really say it that fast or did they speed it up?…” endings to commercials to cover their bases. This is one of my favorite genres of voice over. Why? Because I can read quickly and speak even quicker. It’s a fun challenge to shrink a legal tag by a couple of seconds. Or, even by a half second. My years as a professional dancer give me an impeccable ability to feel timing. I’ve worked hard to refine this ability and now it’s in my body and I bring that out in voiceover and legal tags. And yes, my demos are all me, without any fancy tech modifications or alterations. Having the right voiceover talent for legal tags is imperative. This information detailing liability must be delivered succinctly and effectively. Many of my clients have received what they need in as little three minutes in the booth!
